Exchange and Returns

As all our items are currently made-to-order, we do not keep items in stock and hence are not accepting exchanges or returns. The only exception is for items that have arrived faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of handmade items, every piece is unique and delicate. We put a lot of heart into crafting each piece with care, and every item is thoroughly inspected before being packed and shipped out.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has arrived faulty or incorrect, we sincerely apologise - please follow the steps below to get your item refunded or exchanged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@forfelise.co to submit your exchange/return request. We will need you to include following details:
    1. Your Order Number
    2. Videos or photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item(s)
    3. Indicate whether you would like for a replacement piece to be sent to you or for the item to be fully refunded
  2. Items must be mailed back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please indicate your Name and Order Number with your item for identification.
  3. Returned items must be returned unworn and with tags still attached. Returned items that are worn, damaged from wear and tear, soiled, stained, or altered will not be accepted.
  4. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Please keep proof of postage and tracking - we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
  5. Once received, your exchange or return will be processed within 7 business days.
  6. If your exchange is approved, we will proceed hand make your replacement piece and ship it back to you within 1-2 weeks.
  7. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

*Please keep in mind that all crochet garments are delicate, so we recommend being extra gentle and careful when wearing and cleaning your pieces. Please avoid sharp or rough surfaces that may snag on the fabric.
